About the Food

All of our menu items are Island local:


The fish is from Cowichan Bay Seafood, purchased fresh daily.


 

The buns are from True Grain Bread, baked fresh daily.


 

Syrups are locally handmade by Lisa's Own, made from fresh fruit and berries, organic sugar, and Pectin.


 

 

Wieners are custom made at Duncan Butcher, 85% meat, gluten free, and hardwood smoked.
The elk and venison wieners are exclusive to Get Phil'd Up.


 

 

The sodas are craft brewed by Phillip's Brewery in Victoria, using natural ingredients.


 

 

The ice cream is purchased from Island Farms, and we add pure Vanilla to it to make it more flavourful.
