Philip and Judy Ratzlaff are serving great breakfast all day, as well as the best phish tacos, Nasi Goreng, regular beef and super tasty elk hotdogs, quesadillas, and lots of delicious ice cream treats in Cowichan Bay Village.
Our main ingedients are locally sourced. We use baked fresh daily bread, from True Grain Bread, and use their locally ground flours in our own baked goods. The elk hotdogs are specially made for us by the Duncan Butcher, and our eggs come from Farmer Bens. Island Farms provides us with our dairy products, and we purchase our chicken and chicken sausages from Island Farmhouse Poultry.
